Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of morandicorp.com (the “Site”) and all products, services, and programs provided by MORANDICORP SOCIEDAD ANONIMA, a Costa Rican company registered under company ID 3-101-755813, with its principal place of business in San José, Costa Rica (“Morandi Corp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Site, purchasing our products, or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms and to comply with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, including Law No. 7472 (Consumer Protection) and Law No. 10360 (Access to Justice for Consumers).

1. ​Acceptance & Modifications

• These Terms govern your relationship with us under Costa Rican law, especially the Consumer Protection Law (Law 7472) and its subsequent amendments including Law 10360.​

• We may revise these Terms over time. We’ll post changes with a “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. ​Use of Site & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your country.

• Use the Site legally and respectfully. No hacking, interfering, or using it for illicit purposes.

• Provide truthful information, maintain your account security, and notify us of any unauthorized use

3. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos, software) is owned by Morandi Corp or licensed to us.

• You may view, download, or print it for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish without permission.​

4. Products, Programs, & Purchases

• When you place an order, you promise that you are legally capable of entering these contracts under Costa Rican law (Ley 7472).

• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Mistakes in pricing or product details may result in order cancellation (with notice).

• All purchases are subject to the separate Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.​

5. Consumer Protections & Rights

• You, as a consumer (final user), have rights guaranteed by Law 7472 and Law 10360, including:

  • Clear, truthful information before you purchase (characteristics, price, quality) 

  • The right to rescind contracts or return goods under certain conditions

  • Protection from abusive contract clauses (which may be declared null) 

  • Administrative and judicial recourse via the National Consumer Commission (CNC) to resolve disputes

• In case of ambiguity, provisions will be interpreted in favor of the consumer.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• We limit liability to the maximum allowed by Costa Rican law.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits, data, business interruption).

• We make no guarantee of specific results: results depend on your engagement and effort.

7. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify Morandi Corp, its employees, and agents from claims, damages, or costs arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.

• Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved, they may be taken before the competent courts in Costa Rica, or administrative bodies (e.g. CNC) as applicable.

9. Severability & Waiver

• If any provision is invalid or unenforceable under Costa Rican law, it will be severed or modified, and the remainder stays in effect.

• Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, represent the full agreement between you and Morandi Corp.
