Ariel Morandi
Founder & CEO
Ariel Morandi is a passionate leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the services and technology industry. As the Founder and CEO of Morandi Corp, Ariel brings a wealth of expertise in leadership development, organizational growth, and business establishment.

Throughout his career, Ariel has held senior leadership positions at world-class organizations including Palo Alto Networks, VMware, HP, IBM, SYKES, and Acer. As Managing Director of VMware Costa Rica, he led the company's remarkable growth from 18 to over 770+ collaborators, achieving 1st place in Costa Rica's Great Place to Work rankings and 8th place in Central America.

Li Grasse is an executive coach and culture strategist with over 15 years of experience leading multicultural teams and supporting global organizations. Li brings deep expertise in Cultural Intelligence (CQ), leadership development, and organizational culture.

Throughout her career, she has helped international software companies navigate complex human dynamics; how people think, communicate, and make decisions across cultures.
