Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how MORANDICORP SOCIEDAD ANONIMA, registered under company ID 3-101-755813, handles refunds, returns, and cancellations for both physical products and professional services offered through morandicorp.com.

Morandi Corp follows the principles of transparency and fairness as established by Law No. 7472 (Consumer Protection) and Law No. 10360 (Access to Justice for Consumers) of the Republic of Costa Rica.

1. General Principles

  • All requests for refunds, returns, or cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@morandicorp.com.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be included.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.

  • Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under Costa Rican law.

2. Physical Products ("Swag")
Eligibility for Return or Refund

  • You may return a product within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Returns are accepted for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Dissatisfaction with quality (subject to inspection)

Return Process

  • Email info@morandicorp.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

  • Ship the product within 7 calendar days of receiving your RA.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • If we provide a prepaid label, the cost may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Full refunds are provided for defective or incorrect products.

  • For other valid returns, the refund excludes original shipping and may include a restocking fee (up to 10%) to cover handling costs.

Non-Refundable Products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Personalized or custom merchandise

  • Digital downloads, manuals, or gift cards

3. Services & Programs

Morandi Corp provides professional services, including coaching, training, and leadership development programs. Because these services involve scheduled time and preparation, different refund and cancellation terms apply.

Refunds for Services

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time

    • Eligible for a full refund, provided the service has not yet been delivered.

    • “Delivered” means the service, session, or program has started or digital access has been granted.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time

    • Subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the service price.

    • The remaining 50% will be refunded.

    • This fee covers reserved facilitator time, preparation, and administrative costs.

  • No-Show (failure to attend without notice)

    • Considered a completed service; no refund will be issued.

  • After Service Delivery

    • Once a session, course, or event has started, no refunds apply for completed or partially delivered portions.

    • At our discretion, we may offer credit or rescheduling in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies, force majeure).

5. How to request a Refund or Cancellation

Please send an email to info@morandicorp.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order or invoice number

  • Product or service name

  • Date of scheduled service (if applicable)

  • Reason for request

We will confirm receipt and respond within 3 business days.

6. Force Majeure

If a service cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, illness, power outages, travel disruption, or national emergencies), we will reschedule or provide a credit for future use — at no cost to you.
